The DSF welcomes volunteers for all activities. We cannot do our events without you!
How to Volunteer
The most important step in volunteering at Dailard is getting the proper clearance. This consists of providing a copy of an ID and completing a checklist, application and code of conduct. The district also requires a TB test, and that can be easily scheduled with the school nurse.

Volunteer Opportunities
- Dailard School Foundation (DSF)
The DSF is a group of parents, caregivers and educators dedicated to enriching the school experience. We manage fundraising such as the Jog-a-Thon and plan events such as the family dance and Fall Festival.
>> Learn more - School Events Committee Chairs
Our events need leads! From the Variety Show to the Multicultural Festival, we need volunteers to lead the charge on making this events special for our students.
>> Learn more - Dads Assisting Dailard Students (D.A.D.S.)
The D.A.D.S. group is comprised of volunteers who support students by building a strong Dailard community. We organize events throughout the year, from a paper airplane night to the beloved annual on-campus campout.
>> Learn more - Classroom Support
Teachers are often looking for support with projects, admin duties or class parties. If you’re interested in volunteering in your child’s classroom, speak to their teacher to identify needs. - Class Trips and On-Campus Event Support
Each grade participates in a variety of on or off-campus events, from the 3rd Grade’s famous rooftop egg drop to the 4th Grade’s trip to the Star of India. Connect with your child’s teacher for opportunities.
