Purpose of Our Club

We are a club committed to educating our kids about where food comes from and why “nearby nature” is so awesome! Working with plants is a skill that benefits kids for a lifetime, and can lead to positive habits such as healthy eating, nature appreciation, creativity and more. We also aim to build community among Dailard families. Activities usually include arts and crafts, interaction with plants/dirt/insects and trying new foods.

Who is Eligible and How Does My Kid Join?

Any Dailard student who wants to get their hands a little dirty and enjoy some time outdoors is welcome to participate at no cost. Parent chaperones are required during club meetings. To be notified of club-related activities and resources, please join our Facebook Group (Dailard Garden Club), or email this year’s Garden Coordinator at garden@dailard.org.

Due to garden capacity, registration does not guarantee enrollment. Priority for Session 2 will be given to students who did not get to participate in Session 1.
